We just got this awesome 2010 F-150 KING RANCH in and let me tell you this truck is in excellent condition. This truck has a full 6 inch Rough Country suspension lift, custom 20 inch alloys, and brand new 35 inch tires! This F-150 has the 4X4 package with heated AND cooled front seats. This F-150 has the 5.4L Triton V8 which has plenty of power to get you off the line and down the road. The 6 speed automatic transmission shifts smoothly through its gears. This F-150 also has the Microsoft Sync System with AM/FM/MP3/SAT RADIO/CD Stereo that will let you enjoy all of your favorite tunes. This truck has a super nice bed cover, a bed liner and the factory tow package as well!!!
