The Buying Process Once you have decided to purchase one of our vehicles and have secured either a loan, or already have the funds, then you....
1. You must contact Golden Rule before you do anything on eBay, Auto Trader, Cars.com. For various reasons we insist upon TALKING ON THE PHONE to buyers before we sell a vehicle. This will help insure the transaction goes through seamlessly, with no misunderstandings. TALKING ON THE PHONE is also vital for you as a buyer, since there are lots of scams on the internet.
2. During phone conversation buyers Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email Address is collected by Golden Rule.
3. Buyer receives an email from Golden Rule Auto Sales. This email will contain a Bill of Sale, and other necessary paperwork.
4. Buyer must print out this paperwork, sign it, then fax it back to Golden Rule. NOTE: Since we do not require a deposit (in most cases) When the buyer faxes back the paperwork they are agreeing to buy the vehicle. Once we get the paperwork faxed to us we will mark it as "sale pending" and will not sell it locally. Because we will be turning away other perspective buyers, we strongly encourage you to not request paperwork until you are sure you want to buy the vehicle.
5. Once paperwork is received, we will contact you to set up either delivery, or a pick up date. NOTE: Your vehicle is now ready for delivery/pick-up. The vehicle can be picked up at our facility for shipping during normal business hours, or can be picked on an appointment basis. If you are flying in town to get vehicle we can pick you up at airports (CAK) 25 minutes or (CLE) 50 minutes for free
6. Buyer secures funds either through one of our Financing Institutions, or on their own. NOTE: If you are not getting a loan through us, you will NEED to have a CASHIERS CHECK made out to GOLDEN RULE. 7. Transaction completed, and depending on what state you live in title work processed started.

SOMETIMES YOU MAY SEE WRINKLES IN THE CAR, THIS IS THE CURTAINS IN THE BACKGROUND REFLECTING ONTO THE VEHICLE. ANYTHING YOU SEE IN THE PICS THAT SEEMS TO BE AN IMPERFECTION IS NOT. I WILL POINT OUT IMPERFECTIONS ON THE VIDEO. THE ONLY REASON I SAY THIS IS THAT MANY PEOPLE IMAGINE THINGS IN THE PICTURES THAT ARE NOT REALLY THERE, AND THEY THEREFORE DO NOT BUY THE CAR. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS. WHATEVER YOU THINK YOU SEE, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR, IT IS JUST SOME SORT OF REFLECTION. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW IF IT IS REALLY WRONG, WATCH THE VIDEO.
This vehicle is a 30 DAY WHOLESALE UNIT. The 30 Day Wholesale Unit Program is designed for a specific type of buyer. Most of the vehicles on our lot come Certified Pre- Owned with a warranty. The Certified Pre-Owned process increases the cost of the vehicle by $2,500. In a regular economy the Certified Pre-Owned program is very attractive because it ensures a fully reconditioned vehicle to the buyer along with a warranty. However, in the last 2 years we have had hundreds of people who desire to buy from us because of our business model and high integrity. However, many of these people simply cannot afford to pay for the Certified Pre-Owned vehicles we sell. These types of buyers are either industrious and able to do repairs on their own or have their own mechanic they would rather pay to maintain their vehicles. These types of buyers value low price more than anything else. A lot of overhead goes into running a dealership that only sells Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. This overhead eventually gets spread into the price of each vehicle. Over the years we have seen our own prices increase. Some of the vehicles we Certify eventually end up going back to auction for wholesale. When this happens we rarely recoup the Certified Pre-Owned expense. In an attempt to keep the price of our retail cars low we have now implemented the 30 DAY WHOLESALE UNIT PROGRAM. This means some of the vehicles we get will be offered to retail customers at a wholesale price for 30 days. Any customer that desires to buy a 30 day wholesale unit will save up to $3000 off retail price on the vehicle. The vehicle will still come with a safety inspection and a 60 day warranty. If you still want to have it Certified Pre-Owned we can add the cost of what it would take for the unit to qualify for the Certified Pre-Owned program to the total price. If you choose to not Certify you can save the difference and fix it on your end. Please feel free to call me for more information about this program.
