Here is a very special 2006 Ford Mustang Shelby GT-H. Finished with a Black exterior with Gold Hertz stripes and Dark Charcoal leather interior. Driven just 14,536 careful miles since new. In 2006, Ford produced 500 Mustang Shelby GT-H cars to commemorate 40 years since the 1966 Shelby GT-H was offered by Hertz as a rental car. All of these GT-H's left the Ford factory as low option Mustang GT's finished in Black and they were shipped to Shelby Automobiles in Las Vegas where they installed more than $8,000 worth of cosmetic and performance upgrades. All cars received a 3:55:1 rear end, upgraded rear end bushings, a Ford Performance Power Pack with ECU flash, x-pipe, intake and performance exhaust, handling package, retro hood pins and gold stripes and more.

All of the 500 examples HAD to be entered into the Hertz rental program and then they were subsequently allowed to be purchased by private owners. This particular example comes complete with books, laminated original window sticker, Ford Certificate of Origin, Shelby build sheet, Hertz documentation and paperwork and more.

This example has been collector owned and cherished for the last several years and it drives just as it should. The 8 cylinder engine is strong and powerful and the automatic transmission shifts properly through the gears. All of the electronics work as they should and the brakes feel just great.

The interior is really nice. The Dark Charcoal leather seats are in remarkable condition showing just a bit of wear to the driver seat bolster.

The exterior shows just like a 14,000 mile car should. The Black paint with Gold stripes is in excellent condition with plenty of shine and luster. The wheels are like new and are mounted on excellent tires.

The only real "apologies" to this 2006 Ford Mustang Shelby GT-H are a couple of light nicks that are to be expected on any used car and a bit of wear to the driver seat bolster (see pictures). Please feel free to call me (Matt 516-658-4048) with any additional questions you may have.
