Credit Union Repo Remarketing Program
Arizona Fleet Services is an independent fleet
sales and leasing dealer headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona with a staff of 15
sales consultants. They currently
sell several thousand vehicles a year to their clients and referrals and enjoy
a customer retention rate of over 80%
The remarketing team at Arizona Fleet Services has
over 20 years combined experience in handling remarketing activities for both
dealers and finance companies handling several hundred sales each month.
Initial Inspection Process
Arizona Fleet Services will coordinate receipt of
vehicle directly from the credit union member or the credit union’s repo
agent. Within 2 business days the
remarketing team will provide the credit union:
- A
complete condition report.
- Up
to 10 digital pictures detailing the vehicle’s condition upon request.
- A
comprehensive market report to establish the vehicle’s current value.
- Secure
storage for the vehicle.
- A
work request/quote for recommended actions to maximize return.
Remarketing Process
After consultation with credit union
representatives a remarketing plan will be developed for each vehicle. The plan may include liquidation, auction,
consignment or a combination.
Immediate
Sale
- Liquidation – Arizona Fleet will provide a figure that they would purchase the
vehicle for immediately with no fees. Payment will be made within 2 business days and prior to title transfer.
- Auction – For a service fee of $350, Arizona Fleet will transport and sell the
vehicle at any one of four local auctions. Included in this service is:
- Provide
a price range of expected return based on prior market analysis.
- Transport
the vehicle to the auction.
- Include
the vehicle with others for sale through Arizona Fleet insuring a critical mass
and premium placement at the auction.
- Provide
on site representation for the vehicle.
- Cover
any auction fees or title fees associated with the transaction.
- Payment
to the credit union will be made within 2 business days and before transfer of
title. Sale documentation provided
upon request.
Consignment Sale
- In
coordination with the credit union, Arizona Fleet will establish a consignment
value for the vehicle higher than the immediate sale/auction value and work to
sell it through their existing sales channels.
- If
the vehicle is sold through Consignment Sale there will be no fees to the
credit union and payment will be made before transfer of title to Arizona
Fleet.
- 30
Day Re-Evaluation. After a 30 day
period, Arizona Fleet will complete a new market analysis to determine the
current market value and make any necessary adjustments to pricing or
remarketing plans with approval of the credit union.
