The vehicle:
- runs and drives ( test drive 10 miles )
- valve covers leak oil on both sides
- steering wheel is slightly off center
- Engine runs rough ( might need tune up to start with )
We buy our cars mostly from the auction that previously have been traded to a new car store. In order to pass the savings to you we developed a one man operation. The car might and will have scratches and dents that not noticeable to a naked eye. There is a list of the things every car has that we selling:
- oil leak
- suspension noises
- drive line vibration ( usually due to tires or wheels )
- radio code
- weak battery
At this moment there is no warning lights ( please see the pictures). PLEASE KEEP IN MIND YOU MIGHT GET A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ABS LIGHT TRACTION LIGHT OR OTHER WARNING LIGHTS AS SOON AS YOU LEAVE THE OFFICE. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WARNING LIGHTS.

Seven Day Buy Back Program
If customer is not happy for any reason, vehicle could be returned for a full refund minus the documentation fee ($395), admin fee ($175). Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it left our facility. Miles cannot exceed 250 miles. Not every vehicle comes with “Seven Day Buy Back Program” please see ITEM DESCRIPTION for detailed description. If included in the purchase this program automatically activates on the day customer receives the vehicle and expires in seven calendar. If the vehicle is being driven out of the dealership the program begins at that point. ( IF QUALIFIED PLEASE SEE ITEM DESCRIPTION )
Payment Terms
- Deposit to be received within 24 hours of the end of the auction. A 5% fee will be added if paid with a credit card, debit card or through Paypal.com. Full payment is required within three (3) days of the end of the auction.
- Payment in full and ID are required to release any vehicle
- All auctions are subject to a doc fee as follows:
- $175.00 for vehicles under $1,000
- $395.00 for vehicles over $1,000
- Vehicles not paid for and picked up within THREE (3) days of end of auction will result in buyer’s privileges revoked and vehicle to be re-listed on Ebay.com

- Cash in person or Certified Bank Check
- Credit Card (Visa, Discovery and Master Card, American Express )

- Cashier’s checks may be used for payment but vehicle will not be released until cashier’s check clears (may take up to three business days).
NO Refund and NO Warranty Policy
All cars are sold in AS IS and WHERE IS condition with all faults – known and unknown described or not described. Should there be ANY mechanical issues discovered after the purchase of the vehicle there will be no recourse offered by the Seller. The Buyer will be 100% responsible for any problems discovered after the vehicle leaves the lot. Seller makes NO warranties as to the condition of any vehicle. Descriptions and photos contained herein may not be accurate and buyer is 100% responsible for inspecting the vehicle prior to bidding. NO REFUNDS will be given on any purchased vehicle under any circumstances. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
