After founder Wayne Lewis had been in the auto business 16 years, starting as a salesperson, then Finance Manager, Used Car Manager, and finally General Sales Manager at a large new car conglomeration, then continuing as a automotive Retail consultant for an additional 6 years, he decided there was a better way to do the used auto business! In November 1995 Premier Auto Outlet was born and began to employ the philosophy of the Home of the Lifetime Customer, by treating all customers as if they were your Mom! With the belief that this treatment of the customer would benefit a high repeat business and minimize marketing expense, we additionally tried to eliminate the things customers disliked about the buying experience, such as processing fees, "Closers", hidden cost, no prices posted on vehicles, and pressure tactics to get the sale.
